Hyatt Place Huntsville / Research Park / Redstone

The ladies at the front desk in the day and night are always Pleasant the rooms are always clean and parking is never tricky When I visit this hotel my first day here made me a Hyatt member and a Hyatt frequent flyer

I stayed here back in October during a time when they were really busy. My stay was wonderful and that was mainly due to the Assistant General Manager Keyondra Rhoades! She was so pleasant and helpful. Keyondra made my stay and my friends' stay comfortable and hassle free.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Huntsville / Research Park / Redstone. Our room was very nice, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a full day of exploring. The entire facility feels welcoming and well cared for, and the included continental breakfast was one of the best we’ve had while traveling. Everything looked freshly prepared, plentiful, and a great way to start the day. The hotel offers several convenient amenities, including a fitness center, on‑site dining options, and plenty of comfortable spaces to unwind. Parking is easy, and the staff keeps everything clean and running smoothly. The surrounding area is also a highlight. Located in the heart of the vibrant Research Park district, the hotel is close to great restaurants, shopping, and walking paths. It’s just a short drive to top attractions like the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, Bridge Street Town Centre, and beautiful outdoor spaces around Redstone Arsenal. Overall, this Hyatt Place delivers comfort, convenience, and a genuinely pleasant atmosphere. We would gladly stay here again.

Omg is an understatement. This stay was one of the best. Ragen the front desk attendant was amazing. Her attitude was amazing. I love great customer service and she was by far the best. The ladies in the morning also very warm and friendly. This will be my hotel of choice whenever I’m in Huntsville. Thank you ladies truly. Job well done.

I stayed here in August 2023 for three weeks during a course I was attending. I had a great experience. The location cannot be beat. There are several restaurants within walking distance across the street. There is free electric car charger as well, which allowed me to charge my car when I returned from class each day, pick it up, and then drive it back across the street to the hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. I found the hotel to be quiet. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent as well. Overall, the Hyatt Place is an excellent choice if you are working on or near Redstone, taking a course at UAH, or you want easy access to the city.

Hyatt Place Huntsville was truly outstanding. It was all elevated by the extraordinary customer service from Monica and Shawn. Monica, in particular, absolutely blew me away. I genuinely thought she was the General Manager because of her professionalism, leadership presence, and the way she anticipates guests’ needs before you even ask. She sets the tone for the entire experience. Her energy, attention to detail, and authentic care for guests are rare — and unforgettable. Shawn was equally impressive — friendly, attentive, and fully dialed in to making sure everything ran smoothly. Monica is honestly the sole reason I’m already looking forward to my next visit. If this is the standard at Hyatt Place Huntsville, they’re doing it right. Highly recommend!

I stay here when on business to Huntsville, it's within walking distance of several good options, the service is great, rooms are nice and clean, and they offer daily breakfast buffet. It's also a short car ride to Marshall Spaceflight Center and many aerospace companies in the area and 15 minutes from the airport.

Great places to sleep and it is comfortable and clean I had a wonderful time here it was my first time at hotel and I enjoy myself and the ladies there are very respectful the bed a clean and the breakfast was good will be back soon hope god continue to work in yea woman like
